China Manufacturing Maturity Model (CMMM) is a maturity assessment model for the implementation of intelligent manufacturing process improvement launched by the China Institute of Electronic Technology Standardization. According to the two national standards of "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model" (GB/T 39116-2020) and "intelligent manufacturing capability Maturity Assessment Method" (GB/T 39117-2020), the standard compliance assessment is carried out, which focuses on the two dimensions of "intelligent + manufacturing" and provides a framework for enterprises to evaluate their comprehensive level of intelligent manufacturing. The scope of this assessment is the design, production, sales and service (customer service) of high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials. According to the national standard of "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model", with each capability domain as a unit, through on-site interviews, system demonstrations, on-site inspection evidence and other methods, the current overall intelligent manufacturing development level of the enterprise is assessed.
