FORTUNE Digital Transformation

On September 19, Jian Qin, general manager of China Unicom Group, visited FORTUNE 5G factory. In this survey, Jian Qin and his party investigated the digital transformation project of Fuerte from many aspects. In the visiting channel, Jianqin and his party learned about the company's development history, the construction process of 5G factory, and the digitization of the workshop.

01. Digital workshop project

The enterprise cloud platform is built as the core, the enterprise Intranet is set up by advanced industrial PON, and the core production equipment is collected by SCADA system in real time. At the same time, the application of ERP, MES, PDM, enterprise cloud map, energy management and other industrial software, to achieve the visualization and transparency of the production site, optimize the production process, improve product quality and production efficiency, reduce energy consumption. The project has successively won the honor of "Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Project" in Ganzhou City and the typical case of "Enterprise Cloud" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2020.

02. 5G exclusive private network project

For enterprise machining workshops, raw material workshops, and command buildings, 5G digital room division + outdoor macro station is adopted to achieve full scene coverage of 5G wireless network. The core network uses two Huawei UPF devices to connect to Forte internal switches to isolate service data from the public network. The UPF works in active/standby mode to ensure that services are automatically switched over to the standby device when a unilateral NE is abnormal, thus ensuring service continuity. In terms of transmission, the dual-route mode is adopted to realize the ring of transmission devices, which ensures that services are not affected when unilateral transmission is interrupted.
